Worked on Sakhalin II project in Brentford & spent 6 months in Italy assisting ductwork vendor (Renco, Italy) to resolve issues to allow ductwork to be fabricated and complete approval of vendor documents. Duties involved updating 3D models for input into SmartPlant. Also liaising with Hargreaves of Bury to assist in completion of sub ductwork orders for 3mm thick stainless steel ductwork & fume extract systems. NSV, Flamgard and other sub vendors. Checking of all vendor documents for inclusion into installation, commissioning and operating manuals. Also worked on KDPC project in Kazakhstan producing ductwork layouts and 3D models for sub-stations.

Duties in 2002 and 2003 / 4 involved working on TCO’s SGP & SGI projects in Kazakhstan, designing 3D ductwork & HVAC pipe work services for Sub-Stations, Pump houses & Compressor houses etc using HVAC for Triforma, Triforma & Equipment Modeling. Duties in 1996 involved producing ductwork layout drawings using MicroStation V5 and Interfacet V2.5.16 Duties in 1992 / 3 were to produce ductwork layout drawings for plant rooms and clean rooms.

Airsys designed airports. Contracts worked on were Lahore (Pakistan), Beihai (China) & Kuwait airports. Duties involved producing drawings from 3D models using TeamMate and PlantSpace, all services were fully co-ordinated, produced from engineer’s information via dxf format, for Kuwait airport the approach control room was 3D modelled, then fully rendered in the exact colours, with a 1500 frame flyby video produced using MicroStation images. Also beta tester for HVAC for Triforma.

Duties were to produce drawings, schemes and 3D models for complete ductwork systems using AutoCAD R12 and BSL (UNIX and Dos Platforms) from basic data obtained, using preliminary calculations based on clients brief and CIBSE guides.
